1. About Oriel Woods
Oriel Woods provides custom furniture and interior furniture solutions, including kitchens, wardrobes, bedroom furniture, living-room furniture, and office furniture. We also offer selected ready-made products through our online shop.
Our services are currently focused on customers in Karachi, Pakistan.

3. Custom Furniture Projects
Custom furniture is produced according to the requirements agreed upon with each customer.
Before production begins, customers should review and confirm the relevant project details, which may include:

Quotation and payment terms
Estimated production and delivery arrangements
Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of measurements and specifications they provide. Where measurements are taken by our team, the agreed measurement details should be reviewed before production.
Any changes requested after approval may affect the price, production schedule, or delivery arrangements. Additional costs or changes in timing will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
4. Quotations and Pricing
Custom furniture quotations are prepared according to the project’s scope, dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and other agreed requirements.
Unless stated otherwise, a quotation applies only to the specifications included in it. Requests for additional work or changes to approved specifications may require a revised quotation.
Ready-made product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. Prices and availability may change, but confirmed orders will be handled according to the terms agreed at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
5. Orders and Payments
Ready-made product orders are placed through our online shop. Custom furniture projects are arranged through direct communication and a project-specific quotation.
Payment methods, advance payments, and any remaining balance will be communicated during checkout or in the agreed project quotation.
For custom projects, production begins only after the required specifications and applicable payment arrangements have been confirmed.
An order or project may not proceed until the necessary information and payments have been received.
6. Custom-Made Products: Changes and Cancellations
Custom furniture is made to the customer’s agreed requirements and may not be suitable for resale to another customer.
Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If a change is requested before production begins, we will review whether it can be accommodated and explain any applicable cost or timing adjustments.
This policy does not remove any rights customers may have under applicable consumer law, including where a product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
Please contact us promptly if you believe an order contains an error or requires correction.
7. Ready-Made Products: Returns and Refunds
Ready-made products are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Customers should review the product description, dimensions, materials, and other specifications before placing an order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its agreed description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs.
Approved returns, replacements, or refunds will be handled according to our published policy and applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, the appearance of colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting, materials, and manufacturing characteristics.
For custom furniture, the final result will be based on the specifications, materials, finishes, and design details agreed upon before production.
Any material variation that materially affects the agreed specifications should be discussed and resolved with the customer.
9. Delivery and Installation
Delivery arrangements, estimated timelines, and installation requirements will be communicated during checkout or as part of a custom project quotation.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that any relevant access restrictions, stairs, lifts, or installation requirements have been communicated in advance.
Our current service area is Karachi, Pakistan. Availability outside this area must be confirmed with us before ordering.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and delivery information
Reviewing product descriptions and custom project specifications
Confirming approved designs and quotations before production
Ensuring reasonable access for delivery and installation
Communicating any relevant site conditions or restrictions in advance
